Restructure the ecological chain barrier, which is generated by changes

In his speech, Wu Wenli introduced the process of changing user needs and designers' capabilities.

With regard to changes in user needs, first of all, 1.0 people are mainly concerned about the use function of the house; However, with the reform and opening up, the demand starts to enter 2.0, and people no longer care about food and clothing, but begin to enjoy the experience of different lifestyles; Finally, in today's 3.0, people with higher quality of life began to pursue value resonance.



Wu Wenli believes that the leap forward of designers' capabilities is based on changes in user needs. From the technical output of drawing and scheme at the beginning, to the strategic output of insight and consultation, to the value output of industrial chain and ecological chain empowerment today.

Due to the lack of industrial resources with competitive advantages, such as designer resources and material supplier resources, designers are unable to sign a bill, have no projects to do, and form a self satisfied design. In order to break the situation, Wu Wenli believes that designers should be able to quickly perceive market changes and customer demands through continuous experience, and should never fight alone. They need to find high-quality resources, create synergies, and then transcend circle limitations, access to high-end people and resources.

 


Wu Wenli thus put forward the proposition that "because of changes, we should reconstruct the ecological chain, first change the relationship between you and the ecological chain, and the key to competition is to establish barriers that are difficult for competitors to imitate".








Build the role imagination of the ecological chain and design yourself

Wu Wenli believes that the hardest thing to be a designer is to design yourself, and the hardest thing to do is to design yourself. In design, try to export beyond design, forget the identity of the designer, and strive to be an all-round person and more capable person. We construct space poetically, and space also constructs us spiritually.

The most important thing for designers is innovation. Innovation comes from imagination. Without imagination, today's colorful world can not come. Imagination is like a magic wand of designers, drawing beautiful designs one after another. At the same time, we should understand that the role of the designer is not single. It is a super individual integrating coordinator, linker, planner, organizer and creator to provide super services for customers.










Design drives business value, strategic layout and strategic empowerment

Wu Wenli introduced how design drives business value from three aspects: design as a tactical driver, design as an organizational driver, and design as a strategic driver. Tactically, it can be product expansion, business judgment, design award, patent, etc; Organizational development process, shared vision, cross team cooperation; Strategically, it is brand concept; Market evaluation; Profit growth, etc.
